The Delivery Manager is a key member of our leadership team, partnering closely with developers, designers, and QA to ensure work is moving forward in the right direction. You stay close to the details, help teams navigate complexity, surface risks early, and create the conditions for strong delivery, while ensuring clients feel confident, supported, and informed every step of the way.

- You have 5+ years experience delivering digital products
- You’re people-focused and understand that strong delivery comes from trust, collaboration, and supporting teams to do their best work
- You’re detail-oriented and proactive, using a deep understanding of the work to anticipate challenges and drive strong delivery
- You naturally spot risks early and take decisive action before they turn into bigger issues
- You think several steps ahead, connecting today’s work to what the team needs to deliver next
- You maintain alignment and momentum, helping teams adapt and stay focused as priorities evolve
- You clear blockers and resolve dependencies, ensuring the team can maintain momentum and deliver their best work
- You build client relationships thoughtfully, with trust and long-term partnership in mind
- You bring emotional intelligence and empathy, anticipating and responding to the needs of both clients and internal teams
- Your approach to delivery ensures goals are achieved and timelines are met
- You’re organized and use tools and resources to create clarity and transparency for both the team and the client

Working with the client
- Clients are clear on scope and understand what will be designed, built, and tested
- Clients feel reassured that the team is focused on what they need most
- Clients feel you are there to take care of them as they build their digital product
- You help clients navigate challenges by outlining options and potential consequences early, anticipating risks and exploring ways to mitigate them before issues arise
- You clearly explain how changes or delays impact the plan, timelines, and next steps, keeping client informed and supported
Working with the team
- The team has a clear understanding of the project, its purpose, and how each team member needs to contribute
- You keep the team focused through clear daily goals and commitments, while helping manage dependencies to keep things running smoothly (e.g. running daily standups)
- You are hands-on and understand the work deeply enough to know what needs to happen to maintain momentum
- You create clarity and structure to an environment where plans evolve and priorities shift
